- Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-split systems
- Inspect equipment and identify repair or replacement needs
- Test system performance and verify proper operation
- Work with refrigerant systems and follow EPA guidelines
- Communicate repair options and recommendations to customers
- Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Follow company safety standards and procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Assist with light commercial service calls as needed
- 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
